Yho so based on the nice reviews I decided to take my inverter in as it just stopped working, 13 February today it’s the 2nd of March no update nothing! When u call after being on hold forever you are told they don’t know when it will be repaired as they haven’t touched it yet??? Like when people inquire or bring their inverters have the courtesy to inform them of the backlog that it will take even a month before it’s checked! That’s if there’s a backlog or maybe because mine is basic they then prioritise inverters that bring in a lot of money. Well that basic inverter keeps the lights on and tv for our family so kindly just take that into consideration

Had an amazing experience with Davidson and his team! Within a day of accepting the quote we were off the grid. They kept us informed throughout the process, are very professional, deliver a neat job and provide a quality COC and notified and fixed issues with our old electrical installation in order to get the COC. They really went the extra mile as our battery was not yet available they lent us one until it arrived. Highly recommend them based on good service received.

Great service! Inverter(Must) blew because of a power surge. Took it in wednesday morning and by friday evening i could collect. They make sure it is working properly by putting it even on a test bench for a couple of hours to make sure it was working properly. Keep up the good work!

Solid efficient company. Unlike some other solar installers that I have used, they are able to fix rather than replace and are willing to do repair jobs. They also take time to make sure wiring is adjusted to the changes. I've found that some other solar companies don't want any work that isn't a new installation and don't do the job properly; or worse, sell you products that can't do what you asked for. The Nungu team listened to what I needed and fixed my issues. I will use Nungu Solar again.

After the previous good review, I was forced to review the rating. The inverter blew on 12 July 2022 and was taken by Nungu to Solarwize, up to today 18 August 2022, after multiple follow ups and requests, there is no concrete way forward on the inverter which is with Solarwize. It is over 35 days now.
